Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in London, Canada. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the development of branch activities and customer satisfaction, preparing and organizing industrial cleaning sites, supervising and directing operations, and ensuring good work practices and site safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the development of branch activities and customer satisfaction
- Prepare, carry out, follow up, and organize the withdrawal of industrial cleaning sites
- Supervise and direct operations and coordinate the activities of the teams assigned to you
- Ensure good work practices and site safety
- Apply and enforce regulations, customer requirements, and occupational health and safety (OHS) objectives within the business and on work sites
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial, unionized work environment
- Team player with good communication and leadership skills
- Self-starter with good analytical and synthesis skills
- Organized, methodical, and able to manage several projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma
