Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer usage and data entry, particularly in a physiotherapy clinic context
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to changing circumstances
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, warmly welcome patients and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service for inquiries and concerns
  • Facilitate a thorough and precise intake of information during the patient's initial visit and throughout their treatment journey
  • Assist patients in completing necessary documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments and maintain comprehensive medical records
  • Process payments at the time of service
  • Monitor coverage for various funding sources to secure approvals
  • Conduct data entry and billing tasks efficiently
  • Manage courier services and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and faxes
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
