Required Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work environment
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer usage and data entry, particularly in a physiotherapy clinic context
- Adaptable and flexible in response to changing circumstances
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, warmly welcome patients and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service for inquiries and concerns
- Facilitate a thorough and precise intake of information during the patient's initial visit and throughout their treatment journey
- Assist patients in completing necessary documentation to ensure accuracy
- Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments and maintain comprehensive medical records
- Process payments at the time of service
- Monitor coverage for various funding sources to secure approvals
- Conduct data entry and billing tasks efficiently
- Manage courier services and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and faxes
- Provide administrative assistance to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
