We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Malwa Motels Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of sweet and savory baked goods, following established recipes and customer orders.
- Requisition and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Bake and decorate a variety of products, including cakes, pastries, and bread.
- Supervise and train baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Ensure the quality of products meets our high standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a baking or pastry production environment is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
