About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Cladding Specialist to join our team at RMW Exteriors Inc. As an Exterior Cladding Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing exterior prefabricated products, including aluminum windows and doors, eavestroughs, and siding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products such as aluminum windows and doors, eavestroughs, and siding.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe installation.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to installation sites.
Requirements
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification to ensure safe operation of aerial equipment.
  • Working at heights training to ensure safe working practices at heights.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in exterior cladding installation and repair.
  • Permanent employment with a reputable company.
  • 40 hours per week of work, with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Physically demanding work, requiring the ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate and safe installation practices.
  • Handling heavy loads and repetitive tasks.

  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) of weight handling.
