About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team at AA Property Management. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and developing our company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, secure, and meets our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Development: Design and integrate website-related code, develop website architecture, and maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required.
  • Content Creation: Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website. Create and optimize content for the website using various graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Technical Support: Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to stakeholders. Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the website meets our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in web development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, MySQL, GitHub, and MS Visual Studio Code (VS Code).
  • Work Environment: Ability to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Must be able to sit for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication skills, team player, and accountability.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
