Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Order Taking and Relay: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Cash Handling and Sales: Balance cash and record sales, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that all aspects of the dining experience are met.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: The work site environment is cold/refrigerated, hot, noisy, and outdoors.
  • Work Setting: The work setting is in a restaurant, urban area, and bistro.
  • Physical Demands: The job requires working in a fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and working under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: The job requires lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will have a client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and teamwork skills.
