About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal Consultant to lead our Technical Leadership team. As a key member of our Consulting team, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and scaling the team, as well as building and strengthening relationships with our key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of consultants in delivering high-quality technical solutions to our clients
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Identify new and expanded business opportunities and engage in building the business
  • Support the business in client project delivery through high-quality execution and technical excellence
  • Collaborate with peers across the Group to leverage knowledge and experiences to support continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in technical consulting or related industry experience in digital transformation
  • Natural problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented with a creative flair and a bias for action
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations
  • Confidence in presenting to senior executives
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program, ideally being Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Agile approach in personal work style, with ability to be flexible and adept in dealing with and resolving ambiguity
