About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at 2448149 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations
  • Perform weeding, pruning, and trimming of trees and plants
  • Cut and maintain grass and other vegetation
  • Rake and collect refuse and debris
  • Remove litter and garbage from outdoor areas
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including front end loaders, pick-up trucks, and small engine equipment
  • Repair and maintain equipment as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
