We are seeking a reliable and skilled Armed Cash Transport Driver to join our team at GardaWorld Cash Services division in Charlottetown, PEI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport cash and valuables to clients, adhering to established routes and schedules.
  • Reload or perform minor repairs on Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) from various financial institutions.
  • Maintain a safe environment for colleagues and customers, ensuring the security of cash and valuables.
  • Operate an armored vehicle, prioritizing road safety at all times.
  • Load and unload the armored vehicle, handling cash and valuables with care.
  • Complete daily reports and paperwork, adhering to GardaWorld's procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a restricted and non-restricted Federal Firearms License (PAL: Possession and Acquisition License).
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with a maximum of 6 demerit points.
  • Ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work on-call for evenings, nights, and weekend shifts with no minimum guaranteed hours.
  • Reliable, conscientious, responsible, and committed to safe job performance.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage stressful situations.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure and tight timelines.
