1. Picking and assembling orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve "On Time" delivery to customers.
2. Packing orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
3. Ensuring that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
4. Correctly documenting and labeling all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimizing tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balancing fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
7. Ensuring strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
8. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
