Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Detailer to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our detailing team, you will be responsible for preparing new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail in every aspect of the detailing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, including interior and exterior detailing, rustproofing, undercoating, paint protection, and fabric protection.
  • Use specialized equipment to polish vehicles as required, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and organize detailing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.
  • Organize and prepare rental vehicles for customer use.
  • Treat every vehicle as if it were your own, demonstrating a high level of pride and ownership in your work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Detail Operations Manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience as an automotive detailer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision in every aspect of the detailing process.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • A proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record, with the ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Non-skid/safety shoes, with a focus on safety and well-being in the workplace.
