Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate compliance and uphold proper business practices within the district.
- Ensure profitable growth and enhance market presence while developing, retaining, and maximizing the value of existing client accounts.
- Generate and implement talent management and financial control plans to secure successful execution of territory performance.
- Maintain a minimum of 65% billability expectation with a balance of field and office work.
- Foster and maintain positive public relations to uphold a reputation for quality.
- Adhere to all Human Resources Policies, Programs, and Initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in progressively responsible roles within environmental, engineering services, fire investigation, insurance-related, or professional services sectors is preferred.
- Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to meet or exceed established Performance Competencies.
- Willingness to work 40-60% in field environments.
