This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about promoting an active lifestyle and enhancing the experience of our members.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a similar environment.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic sports and recreation club setting, managing various activities and events.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and schedule events, programs, and activities to engage club members.
- Oversee staff schedules and ensure optimal productivity.
- Monitor service quality and production levels to maintain high standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on club activities and progress.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for operations.
- Address work-related issues, providing guidance and solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
- Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery within the facility.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of staff members, ensuring effective teamwork.
- Train new staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Manage office and volunteer staff to support club operations.
- Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
