About the Role

CQ Search Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse caseload of litigation files from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Oversee and manage a diverse caseload of litigation files from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case development and strategy.
  • Drafting and Review: Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other essential legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Court Representation: Represent clients effectively in court, including handling discoveries, mediations, and pre-trial proceedings.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Law Degree: Possession of a law degree from a recognized institution.
  • Bar Admission: Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent research and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
