Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Prepare dough for various baked items including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, following recipes or specific customer requests.
- Bake a variety of mixed doughs and batters to perfection.
- Handle special orders with creativity and precision.
- Frost and artistically decorate cakes and other baked goods.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Ensure all products meet established quality standards.
- Prepare dishes accommodating customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Food Specialties: Cake decorating
Work Environment- Physical Requirements: Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
