About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Mechanic Specialist to join our team at Tantrum Ride Company Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to restore them to their optimal condition.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools, guaranteeing that all products meet our high standards.
  • Testing and Calibration: Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning, and calibrate products using hand tools to ensure precision and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Weight Handling: The ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is required.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, and reliability are key qualities for this role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English, and the job involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, making it a great fit for those who value sustainability.
