Position Overview

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic office setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. This role will report directly to the VP of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliations of accounts and general ledgers
  • Support cash management entries
  • Assist with various accounting support tasks
  • Process accounts payable entries
  • Handle accounts receivable entries
  • Manage administrative tasks including reports, data entry, and filing

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in general ledger reconciliation is preferred
  • Familiarity with the full accounting cycle is advantageous
  • Background in accounts receivable and payable roles
  • Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level
  • Completion of an Accounting diploma or certification, or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with computer proficiency

Work Schedule

This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
