Job Title: Quality Assurance Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technologist to join our team at 24 HRS SSR AUTO TOWING INC. As a Quality Assurance Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Design plant layouts and production facilities to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement health, safety, and fire prevention plans to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct safety training programs to educate employees on proper procedures and protocols.
  • Develop computer applications for machines and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collect and compile operational or experimental data to inform decision-making.
  • Collect and analyze data and samples to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business decisions.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand design specifications and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Team player with a client-focused approach.
