Job Title: Window & Door Assembler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Window & Door Assembler to join our team at Bomon Marine Equipment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling prefabricated parts and sections of fiberglass, metal, or other materials to form boats. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Assemble prefabricated parts and sections of fiberglass, metal, or other materials to form boats
* Change machinery attachments
* Clean work area
* Repair boats
* Affix seal or tags to approved products
* Check manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications
* Load, feed, or place materials into machine
* Make minor adjustments and repairs
* Operate machine to fabricate parts and products
* Sand, trim, grind, or clean products into final form using hand tools
* Screw, clip, glue, bond, weld, or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products
* Cut, shape, and fit materials to form parts and components

Requirements:

* Type of materials: Fiberglass, Metal, Wood
* Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD (can train)
* Equipment and machinery experience: Cutting machine, Fabricating machine, Hand tools, Moulding machine, Pressing machine, Stamping machine, Treating machine
* Additional information: Security and safety, Criminal record check
* Transportation/travel information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Valid driver's license, Public transportation is available
* Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
* Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
* Tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear, Safety glasses/goggles, Mask, Ear plugs, Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves
* Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player
