We are looking for students to become part of the Tim Horton's team located on the university campus. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, Tim Horton's Crew Members play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, crafting quality beverages and food items, while ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our esteemed guests - the students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently prepare high-quality beverages, whole bean products, and food items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Prepare food items made to order.
- Adhere to operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols, to maintain a secure environment for all team members during shifts.
- Support fellow team members as needed.
- Perform light cash handling tasks, including processing transactions, managing cash, and participating in cash audits.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area at all times; manage waste effectively.
- May undertake additional duties as required.
- Previous experience with a Tim Horton's franchise is considered an asset.
- Certification in Serve Safe and First Aid is advantageous.
- Flexibility is essential, as evening and weekend shifts may be necessary.
This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
