Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Meat Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for quality meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meats for processing and cutting by ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Skillfully cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer needs.
  • Trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, ensuring high-quality presentation.
  • Wrap and package meats for sale, maintaining freshness and quality.
  • Remove bones from various meat products as required.
  • Accurately weigh meats for sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cut poultry into parts, following safety and quality standards.
  • Grind and slice cooked meats to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
