About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Black Mountain Precision Construction Ltd. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Site Cleaning: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and performing repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Physical Capabilities: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a strong team player attitude, with a hardworking and diligent approach to work.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
