We are seeking an experienced Engineering Service Group Manager to join our team at MTL Aerostructure. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a group of engineers in the development and implementation of aerospace engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff: Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of aerospace engineering projects, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Evaluate Technical Designs and Engineering Work: Review and evaluate technical designs and engineering work to ensure they meet the required standards and are aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee Report Preparation: Manage the preparation of reports and documentation related to engineering projects, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and meet company standards.
