About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Bayside Barber Shop. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality hair cutting and styling services to clients
  • Shampoo and condition hair as needed
  • Use various hair styling techniques, including blow drying and curling
  • Offer hair colouring services, including dyes and tints
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a welcoming and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
