About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Gaba Auto Detailing & Tires Ltd. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions
    • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Financial Analysis
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
  • Accounting Support
    • Provide accounting support to management and other departments
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an asset
  • Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
