Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to support the growth of our process integration business in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes and facilities that meet customer specifications while adhering to quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage engineering projects by organizing and controlling all project components.
  • Conduct standard technical calculations and sizing for complete projects or specific areas within liquid processing projects across various markets including Food, Dairy, Beverage, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, and Brewery.
  • Create associated specifications and assist in the RFQ process, providing analysis and technical comparisons of offers to facilitate supplier selection.
  • Support Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineering Managers during design reviews (P&ID, drawings, 3D models).
  • Oversee material control upon receipt.
  • Ensure project completion within budget, specifications, and timelines.
  • Prepare technical bid packages for mechanical installations of process equipment, platforms, pipe racks, piping, and other industrial components, based on project scope, generated drawings, internal guidelines, customer standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and Project Manager to distribute bid packages to qualified contractors and perform technical evaluations of received proposals.
  • Make recommendations regarding contractor selection and bid awards.
  • Facilitate coordination between onsite contractors and customer representatives, ensuring compliance with contract scope and quality criteria, addressing non-conformities as necessary.

Qualifications:

A degree in Food Processing, Agricultural, Biological, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other data entry software is essential.

A strong interest in technical tasks and a willingness to engage in fieldwork are required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
