Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Family Caregiver to join our team at Bernard Lo. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Launder clothing and household linens, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable living space
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring our clients have access to essential items
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits
  • Cook meals as needed, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Non-smoking environment
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (note: this is not a condition of employment)
  • Employer's home
Work Environment:

Our clients' homes are non-smoking environments, and we require our Family Caregivers to maintain a clean and hygienic living space. We also offer optional accommodation at no charge on a live-in basis, which may be available to our Family Caregivers.
