Job Summary

We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer at Global Relay, you'll play a key role in creating user-centered design solutions that drive business success. You'll work closely with stakeholders, product management, and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to understand customer problems and needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product management to develop design solutions
  • Design and prototype user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Communicate design solutions to developers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of design standards and guidelines
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in UX design for web, desktop, or mobile applications
  • Portfolio showcasing UX process and design solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to new tools and technologies

At Global Relay, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $90,000-$110,000 CAD, plus a corporate bonus, extended health benefits, and RRSP matching.
