Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kids Academy Supervisor to join our team at Life Time. As a Kids Academy Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for children aged three months to 11 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement interactive activities, games, and arts and crafts projects that promote learning and development
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
- Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products, and services to members and guests
- Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred
- Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day of work
- First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire
- Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work
