Minimum Qualifications

A Day in the Life

As an Asphalt Paving Technician, you will be a vital part of our paving crew. You'll play a key role in creating smooth, durable roads that stand the test of time. Your responsibilities will include using rakes, shovels, and rollers to lay down asphalt and ensure a flawless finish.

You'll also be involved in tasks such as hauling materials, operating power tools, and mastering asphalt equipment. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
