We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at BMO. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lending and Credit: Provide advice and guidance on lending and credit options to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Sales and Marketing: Identify opportunities to sell BMO products and services to customers, and develop strategies to promote these offerings.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
