We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Technician to join our team at First Student Canada-Transco. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring our fleet is always in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including brakes, engines, suspensions, and transmissions.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent vehicle breakdowns and ensure our fleet is always in good working condition.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • 310T Mechanic License: Must hold a valid 310T Mechanic license.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Mechanic's Tool Set: Must have a comprehensive mechanic's tool set.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving Skills: Must have advanced problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
  • Computer Literacy: Must have advanced computer skills and be able to use our maintenance software.
