We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at The Gore Insurance and Financial Services Inc.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing potential client markets, calculating premiums, and establishing client insurance coverage. They will also provide customer service, monitor insurance claims, and respond to client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Market Assessment: Evaluate potential client markets to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums for clients based on their individual needs and risk profiles.
- Client Coverage: Establish client insurance coverage, including ensuring that all necessary forms and medical examinations are completed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Claims Monitoring: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Licenses and Certifications: Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and sound judgement.
