Job Title: Sour Gas Plant Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sour Gas Plant Operator to join our team at Roska DBO Inc. in Grande Prairie. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our sour gas facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including compressors, pumps, and valves, to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Monitor and control process conditions, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to prevent equipment failure.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve plant goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working at a sour gas facility with amine and refrigeration.
  • Valid power engineering certification (4th class or higher).
  • Valid First Aid & H2S Alive certification.
  • Comfortable working with H2S gas and under mask.
  • Clean driving abstract required.
  • Capable of passing pre-employment drug & alcohol test.
