Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial support for Central Canada and national processes/initiatives
  • Offer financial expertise and analysis to support business decisions
  • Track performance against budget, prior year, and forecast
  • Identify variances to actual results and understand cost drivers
  • Generate analytics on performance, identifying problems, and initiating process improvement
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Reporting: Provide monthly reporting to each area of the business supported and assist in the preparation of materials for monthly Executive presentations
  • Planning: Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate the annual operating budgets for designated divisions and national initiatives
  • Supporting the Business: Create, maintain, and generate forecasts and various models, and provide data to assist management to develop action plans to improve profitability
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant financial role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-paced work environment

Location: 530 - Corporate
Working Conditions: Office Environment
