- Participate in planning and implementation of operational testing programs to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality practices and work to achieve business results in alignment with business strategies and productivity goals.
- Analyze root causes of errors to provide effective communication of issues to appropriate parties.
- Creates and maintains adequate testing support documentation to support the results of reviews, including the write-up of findings and issues for reporting.
- Provide ongoing support to the continuous improvement process of the business unit.
- Typically between 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
