About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team at Conlon Motorsports. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional repair and maintenance services for our customers' motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with motorcycles, including adjustments, replacements, and overhauls of parts.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, explaining repair procedures, and ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and tests performed on motorcycles.
  • Estimation and Scheduling: Estimate repair costs and schedule work orders to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on repaired equipment to ensure it meets our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent experience in motorcycle repair and maintenance.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn from experienced technicians.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
