Position: HVAC Technician
Reports To: Field Manager
Department: Home Services Operations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction within our Home Services Operations.
- Execute all diagnostic and repair tasks efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding equipment repair or replacement.
- Promote Enercare Home Services' products and offerings.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in safe and operational condition.
- Keep the service vehicle clean and organized, reflecting the company's professional image.
- Stock the vehicle with necessary materials for daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Gas Fitter 2 or Gas Fitter 1 license required.
- Valid 313D Air Conditioning license required.
- CFC Permit (for ozone depletion) is necessary.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HVAC field experience is required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as per the Physical Demands Analysis.
- Proficient in operating all tools and equipment related to HVAC service.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is necessary.
- Proven dedication to customer-focused service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving high performance standards.
