About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC saws and milling machines to manufacture windows and doors
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience working in a manufacturing organization, preferably in window production
  • Ability to work with manufacturing tools and equipment, including CNC saws and milling machines
  • Physical ability to lift weights, stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation, as transit service is not available to the Gloucester Estates area
  • Safety footwear is required, and annual company-paid safety footwear will be provided after 3 months
