Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Rolls-Right Industries Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing the movement of supplies and materials between departments. This role will also involve coordinating activities with warehouse and production units, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, and communicating with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Organize warehouse and work areas
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Dental plan

  • Cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week
