About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Supervisor to join our team. As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our deli department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of deli associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Ensure that all deli products are displayed and merchandised to meet company standards
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience in a retail or food service environment is an asset
