Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at CB Canada

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Insights Professional to join our operations team at CB Canada. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to analyze data and provide strategic solutions to business challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analytics and data processing, with a focus on delivering valuable insights that drive business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to generate insights for optimization and strategic decision making.
  • Design and implement data models, dashboards, and performance metrics using various platforms.
  • Develop data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
  • Ensure data quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support for data solutions and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Explore cutting-edge Business Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
  • Experience in developing diagnostic and predictive data models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in technology or business.
  • Ability to visualize data effectively for different projects.
  • Experience with Machine Learning and AI.
  • Knowledge of the energy sector.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Azure ML and statistical modeling.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
