About This Opportunity

Canadian Base Operators is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Air Traffic Controller to join our team in Southport, MB. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft in and out of the airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and direct air traffic control activities to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
  • Monitor and respond to radio communications from aircraft and other air traffic control facilities.
  • Issue clearances and instructions to aircraft to ensure safe separation and efficient flight operations.
  • Collaborate with other air traffic control teams and airport personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of air traffic control activities and provide reports as required.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 Diploma
  • Completion of NAV Canada training program or equivalent military training
  • 1-3 years of experience in the aviation industry
  • Valid ATC license with a Tower endorsement or willingness to obtain
  • Category 1 or 2 medical certification issued under Canadian Aviation Regulations
  • Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
