Job Opportunity

Encore Market Engagement is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Pharmacy Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with pharmacists and pharmacy students to increase recommendation levels on Haleon brands.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading consumer healthcare company, Haleon, and contribute to the success of our business. As a Retail Pharmacy Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a territory business plan to achieve assigned sales objectives
  • Building strategic partnerships with pharmacists and pharmacy students to increase recommendation levels on Haleon brands
  • Meeting call targets and gathering and reporting on field insights
  • Managing and tracking literature and samples in pharmacy to maximize activation of brand recommendations
  • Attending conferences and meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in a life science or related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy students
  • A genuine desire to continuously learn and grow, with a commitment to delivering uncompromising quality of service
  • Full access to a reliable vehicle and high-speed internet with WiFi at home
  • The ability to store some supplies at home and transport them in your vehicle
