About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and mobility equipment in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the shipping and receiving process, including creating shipping orders and labels, and verifying delivery accuracy.
  • Pack custom orders, pulling inventory from shelves, and cross-docking orders from other locations.
  • Receive goods from suppliers or vendors, and communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve any issues.
  • Tag, price, store, and organize all mobility devices, parts, and tools within the warehouse.
  • Assist with building and cleaning mobility devices, such as wheelchairs, elevating equipment, and power scooters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all inventory.
  • Participate in cycle counting and ensure the warehouse is clean and organized.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or general warehouse role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical demands of the role.
