About the Role:

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing communications strategies to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Communications Plans: Create and execute comprehensive communications plans to engage our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Monitor and Analyze Communications Effectiveness: Track and evaluate the success of our communications initiatives to ensure they align with our business goals.
  • Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, and employees, to promote our brand and reputation.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage high-quality content for various communications channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications.
  • Media Relations and Social Media: Manage media relations and develop social media strategies to engage our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain a database of media contacts and other stakeholders to support our communications efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, preferably in a corporate or business setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and channels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive communications plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
