Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is considered an asset.
Work Environment
  • Air-conditioned and cold/refrigerated areas.
  • Fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve products for customers from shelves or stockroom.
  • Guide customers to the locations of desired items.
  • Unpack and sort incoming products, maintaining accurate counts.
  • Manage computerized inventory systems.
  • Record and track incoming stock.
  • Restock shelves and maintain display areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of stock.
  • Price items accurately using stamps or stickers.
  • Operate electric pallet jacks safely.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
Safety and Security
  • Must pass a criminal record check.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg or 50 lbs).
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Physical demands include walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
