We are looking for proficient Commercial Roofing Specialists to take on essential roles within our organization. The successful candidates will be tasked with the upkeep, repair, and installation of various commercial roofing systems.

Compensation: $20-$33/hour (excluding prevailing wage)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of diverse roofing systems including BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing options.
  • Safe handling and operation of trade tools, including hand and power tools.
  • Adherence to OSHA regulations and other safety standards, demonstrating safe work practices.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while meeting the physical demands of the role, including mobility for task completion.
  • Climbing and working on ladders, with the capability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and fellow employees.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Commercial Roofing: All levels; a minimum of 1 year preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Acceptable background check according to company standards.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical examination.

The hourly wage for this position typically ranges from $20 to $33, based on the qualifications of the applicant, operational needs, and other lawful considerations.
