**Job Purpose**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination of MRO major inspections, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed on time and in accordance with company procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate major inspections on aircraft, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company procedures.
  • Participate in all meetings related to assigned major inspections, providing updates and insights.
  • Oversee the full inspection work package, managing inspection flow and ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Review inspection work packages, coordinating materials, parts, tooling, and outside services as needed.
  • Identify and track milestones with the Maintenance Manager or Project Manager, ensuring timely completion.
  • Participate in problem-solving and finding solutions to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
  • Assess identified defects, providing information to rectify and complete relevant technical documentation.
  • Support purchasing activities as required.
  • Review work packs, billing groups, and invoices for accuracy, ensuring financial transparency.
  • Responsible for all technical documentation and log releases, maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License.
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs.
  • Solid understanding of CAR's (Canadian Aviation Regulations).
  • Proven experience with planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player.
