Position Overview: The Senior Accounting Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating inventory modifications, transactions, and monitoring within the inventory management framework while generating financial assessments regarding these expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with distribution centers to ensure clarity on controls and operational workflows related to inventory and their effects.
  • Conduct daily analyses of inventory modifications, including adjustments from cycle counts, and collaborate with inventory teams at distribution centers to mitigate inventory losses.
  • Perform weekly evaluations of customer credits and determine if any inventory adjustments are necessary within distribution centers.
  • Prepare credits for issuance to reimburse monthly sales and manage the submission of bank transfer requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & AS 400, along with familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
